Germany - Verpackungsgesetz (LUCID Packaging Register)

Germany's Packaging Act "VerpackG" imposes requirements on online retailers selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap). My brand YasaMT is registered at the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Foundation Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR) with registration number DE1387457372278. My Dual System Licensing partner for the collection, sorting & recycling of the packaging is ACTIVATE by RECLAY. My shipping estimates are based on information provided by the post office, however, every now and then delays happen in transit due to weather, strikes, backlogs, etc. Please be patient, I really want your package to be delivered on time but I depend on mail services in other countries working properly. Thank you for understanding! Same applies to upgrades (DHL) - shipping delivery estimates don't include delays due to customs clearance, weather, strikes and other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping and delivery

All paintings are shipped in protective packaging. Standard shipping is sent with registered mail, it's signed delivery. DHL upgrade is available for select destinations. For DHL please provide your phone number. I don't ship to PO Boxes. Free shipping is not available for custom orders/art commissions. Artworks exceeding 1000 euro in value will ship with DHL by default. They require export permit from the local cultural department and there will be a delay of 2-3 days for permit processing (there are no additional fees).

The paintings are manually cut, please leave a few mm error margin for dimensions. I post all dimensions using metric and imperial system. If you need precise dimensions of a particular artwork, send me a message.

Professional framing is available at additional cost, both in workmanship and shipping. On average, framing takes three weeks or longer. Ideally, you should choose the frame yourself, once your have the artwork at hand, so that it matches your taste and preferences. If you wish your artwork framed, please send me a message, I will get back to you with a quote. If you don't know how to frame your newly acquired artwork, please send me a message, I'd be happy to help you out.

I am the creator of all artworks, texts, and photography, and registered owner of copyright. I don't allow my work to be used for AI training purposes.

Custom and personalised orders

Cancellations for custom orders are not accepted. Please read the description and contact me to clarify all details so that there are no misunderstandings. Free shipping doesn't apply to custom orders/art commissions. No returns or refunds for custom and personalised orders. In case of any issues, please contact me.

Orders returned due to failure to pay customs charges

Orders returned due to failure to pay customs charges and taxes will be forfeited to my shop once they return. If they return undamaged, that is. If you still wish to receive your order, you will have to pay for shipping plus EUR20 inconvenience fee. You will also be charged for return shipping fees. Please appreciate that I don't have a magic wand and can't make customs duties and taxes disappear. I don't subsidise tax authorities around the world and will not pay customs charges for you. It is your responsibility to pay them.

SYMBOLISM OF IMAGES
Enso circle is a symbol of enlightenment, strength, elegance, universe and emptiness. The enso drawing is completed with one or two strokes, it's a traditional Japanese ink painting practice. This particular enso is drawn using a traditional "momigami" technique, which means "crumpled" or "kneaded paper". In sumi-e, the paper is crumpled and painted on (or vice versa), giving unusual interesting effects to the final images.
The painting makes a great addition to a study or office. A thoughtful gift to an art and Japan enthusiast.

ARTWORK
The painting is signed, sealed, wet-mounted on backing rice paper and ready to be framed or mounted on a silk scroll. Please use acid-free adhesives when framing. The painting is manually cut, please leave a few mm error margin for dimensions. Colours may differ due to differences in devices.
