* Decorative goods (trays, coasters, boards, etc): hand wash only, do not wash in the dishwasher, do not drop.
* My jewelry is water-resistant, but not waterproof, so we highly recommend to avoid direct contact with water (like swimming or bathing).
* My jewelry is made with glossy resin domes. Avoid dropping it, the domes are hard, but it can get scratched.
* You can clean the domes with a soft tissue when necessary and it will be shiny again.
* Please do not use alcohol or other chemicals to clean the product. Avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals and cleaning products.
* Store your jewelry out of direct sunlight.

* Gift wrapping can be added.

* All packages are sent via International registered airmail from Ukraine.
* Please wait 6 weeks before you contact me concerning that your order has been lost in the post. I am not to be held responsible for how long it takes for your order to arrive once dispatched.

* If your package was returned to us as unclaimed we'll contact you for further information on delivery.
* In this case the cost for the goods is not refundable.
* The cost of redelivery is paid by the buyer. The cost of redelivery will depend on the size of the goods and is calculated on the day of resending.

* Package is considered as lost if it doesn't come within 40 days from posting date and tracking does not work.
* We will fill in the claim about the lost on our own.
* All packages are insured and we hold all the responsibility for the claims.
