What materials are your rugs made of?

I make rugs from 5 variety of materials, including polyester flannel, chenille, and nano fabric,soft rug, and goblen rug. Each rug has its own unique texture and feel.

Are your rugs non-slip?

Yes, all of my rugs have a non-slip cotton or plastic backing to prevent slipping and sliding.

How do I clean my rug?

I recommend vacuuming your rug regularly to remove dirt and dust. For spills or stains, spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. You can also machine wash.

How long does shipping take?

I use express shipping companies like UPS, DHL Express, or FedEx to ensure that your order arrives in just 3 days after shipping. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location.

What is your return policy?

I accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping will be paid by the buyer according to my shop policies.

About Handmade Decorative Pillow Covers:

- I create these decorative pillow covers in my small atelier single-handedly. My process involves designing and printing my unique patterns onto chenille fabrics. After printing, I carefully cut the fabric to the optimal pillow cover size and my tailor sew them using cotton fabric and a zipper.

- The material used is Printed Chenille fabric, characterized by the textured feel of chenille yarns.

- The back of the pillow cover features cotton fabric and is designed with a hidden zipper envelope.

- The size of these throw pillows is as mentioned in the listing, and various size options are available. For custom sizes, feel free to contact me, as I am able to make any size request.

- Please note that the insert is not included; it is shown for demonstration purposes only. However, you have the option to order the cover with an insert from the listing options.

You will see professionally taken photo and video on listing and I used a random size made pillow covers to take photo and video. I couldn't upload all size options because there were many but if you like to see your order photo I can take for you.
