All of our products have a standard width & heigh dimension that's shown in the product description. You get to choose the length from the dropdown! All of our benches are 12" wide and 17" tall. We do use a 1x12 board for the top which is then sanded and routed so at the end it will be closer to 11.5" wide. If you'd like to customize any dimension, just send us a message and we'll see what we can do!

What's the Lead Time?

Once an order is placed it takes 1-14 business days to be made in our shop. Once it's made, it'll be put together to ensure that all pieces fit accordingly before taking it apart and boxing it up for shipping. Shipping normally takes 3-5 business days but this does vary on destination, time of year and if the shipping company runs into any delays!

Is assembly required?

There is some assembly required. We do pre-make and pre-drill all products to ensure everything fits together properly. We then partially un-assemble the product and pack it up for shipping. We include all the hardware; screws & drill bit, plus the assembly instructions. If you have any troubles, you can message or call us for assistance! If you don't have a drill, you can put the drill bit in a universal screwdriver. Turning the screws in by hand will be a bit more tedious but can be done!

Custom and personalized orders

We do take custom orders! Just send us a message with the dimensions you'd like and the color(s) you want. We'll figure out what we can do, get you a quote and you can decide from there if you'd like to order!

Grain / Color NOTICE:
Because our furniture is crafted from solid real wood there will be variation in color, and grain pattern. Products in the images have been crafted from the same species of wood and stained with the exact same stain color as the product you will receive. However because wood is a natural product no two pieces are the same. Depending on an individual piece of wood and grain pattern the stain may take more or less resulting in the color variation. While every effort has been made to supply you with the most accurate photographic representation, you should expect some variation in your product.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

Please know that your satisfaction is at the heart of our operations, and we aim to make your purchasing experience as smooth and fulfilling as possible. In the event that our product does not meet your expectations, be assured that we have a customer-friendly return policy in place. You have the liberty to return any product within 14 days of its arrival should you decide it's not quite the right fit for you.

Although we thoroughly believe in the quality and value of our offerings, we understand that sometimes circumstances change. Hence, if you need to process a return, a full refund will be provided, minus a 20% reverse logistics cost—a necessary step to cover just a fraction of the back-end service expenses.

However, please note that custom orders are made with your unique specifications in mind, and thus they fall outside of our return parameters as they cannot be restocked.
