Q: Are your figures fully assembled? I've been looking at others, and they send them in parts that I have to put together myself, it's frustrating!

A: All of my figures ARE fully assembled and put together. I know how annoying it is to try to put them together- trust me. That's why I do it for you, so you don't have to.

Q: why choose my figures over others?

A: all of my figures are printed with a proprietary mix of resins that i personally mix. i have found this to be perfect for figurines. the result is a tough ABS-like resin that is extremely smooth, highly detailed, easy to paint, and also highly resistant when compared to other options! most resins will crack and break when dropped, however, mine are able to resist minor drops and falls.

Q: how do you ship figures?

A: all figures come UNPAINTED and are printed in light gray resin. the figure then goes through a curing process to make it stronger and tougher. the print is then sanded, cleaned up, polished, and primed before shipping! some light clean-up may by needed by customer due to the nature of handmade products. i ensure every item i send out is as prestine as possible, though!

Q: what size are your figures?

A: most figures are scaled to approximately 15-20 cm/6-8 inches height wise. size may vary due to shape of figure, size of base, or original figure artist design.

Q: what if a figure arrives damaged/broken?

A: if any pieces arrive damaged, please reach out to me and i'll sort out your problem and reprint the part, or the entire figure if needed! i may need pictures just to confirm the extent of damage and for my claim to UPS/USPS!

items are all made-to-order and due to that reason, i cannot offer returns or exchanges!
