Capos for your Mt. dulcimer! Put them in place on your fretboard, tighten the wingnut and play! These can fit dulcimer fretboards of any width. Please add a note with the width of your fretboard if it is not one of the standard sizes to ensure I ship you the correct size (modification at no cost). All have cork-lined faces to protect your instrument from marring. I have 3 styles to choose from:

Basic (main photo) - round (Very basic!) in Birch - $6.95.

Standard - Hexagon, square, round, pentagon, or octagon in shape, in the wood of your choice - $11.95. I have round stock in Walnut, Cherry, Maple, Red Oak, and White Oak. I have a few ready made, ready to go (see IN STOCK below) - see photos/drop down style menu. For other wood/shape combinations click "Custom Order" button.

Deluxe - Laminated from various woods - $16.95.
I can make a custom capo for you in whatever woods/shape you wish, depending on availability . Prices may vary. If you are ordering custom Standard or Deluxe versions, click the "Custom Order" button for this option.

Capo woods currently available in my shop: Black Walnut, Butternut, Cherry, Ipe, Mahogany, Maple, Oak (both Red and White), Padauk, Purpleheart, Sapele, and Zebrawood. If there is some other wood you prefer, I may be able to get it for you.

These are great durable capos for the Appalachian Mountain Dulcimer! Super simple design and work great. Very easy and quick to apply and change. I would definitely recommend these capos! PS, they also can come in a variety of woods too!
