All of my ceramic work, unless otherwise noted, is food safe and can be placed in the dishwasher, however, hand washing is always recommended because of the details that many of my pieces have.

If time allows, I do enjoy taking custom work. I am pretty flexible and really like new projects. If you have a project in mind, please contact! I price custom work on an individual basis and I consider many factors when pricing such as size, details and the overall complexity of the piece.

I carefully pack each and every piece for shipment using a double box method and extra padding and cushioning to ensure that the one of a kind piece you ordered arrives safely. I primarily use repurposed boxes, bubble wrap and foam batting that I save from previous shipments to try and cut down on both shipping costs and environmental impact. I collect the majority of my boxes, bubble wrap and foam batting from the floral shop that I work at but I also collect boxes and packing materials from friends and family, helping to keep prices down as well as help cut down on extra waste.

I take great care to avoid damage during shipment, ceramics are delicate and it is possible that a piece can undergo a lot of impact during the shipping process. In the unfortunate event that a piece arrives damaged, please contact me ASAP. To help expedite a resolution, please take photos of the damaged piece as well as the packaging that it arrived in. I will contact you as soon as I can with further instructions.

I do not currently offer wholesale, however, please contact me if you have any questions as I am always open new ideas!

Yes! I can make any of my designs with a drainage hole- if you would like me to make something you see in my shop with a drainage hole, please submit a custom request, or send me a message. I will have to fit in all custom orders into my regular production schedule but I can give you an estimated time frame of when it would be completed.
