Do you do custom design requests or personalized files?

I am willing to take requests for custom designs or personalized files. This includes color changes, word changes, adding names, etc. There may be an additional fee for customization of files, especially if the design itself is completely altered.

How do I access my files?

After Purchase, if not immediately redirected to download, go to your profile and select the "you" tab of your Etsy account, click on "purchases and reviews", and click "download file" to the right of the item. It will be saved in your "downloads" folder in your computer! Please note that you can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or a non-mobile computer.

What digital files do I receive?

You will be able to download a ZIP folder containing your SVG, PNG, PDF, JPG, and EPS files! No physical items will be mailed. These files will not be watermarked as shown in the main photos. If the design includes faces or bodies of any kind, a reverse design for dark backgrounds will be included. This ensures that you can put your design on a light or dark background without changing the quality and look of the design.

Do you offer commercial usage rights?

Yes commercial licenses are available, but you must purchase either the single item license or the whole shop license along with your design. The design itself without a license is strictly for personal use. The commercial license is good for using the designs in your own shop for print on demand purposes, such as tshirts, mugs, hoodies, laser engravings, etc. Shops selling our designs without a license will be reported to Etsy. The commercial license does NOT permit you to resell the image in part, as whole, or in bundle format. Any shops doing so will be immediately reported for copyright infringement.

My shop was reported for selling one of your designs. Can I still sell it if I purchase a commercial license?

Yes, in order to sell my designs on print on demand items such as tshirts, mugs, hats, etc. You must purchase a commercial license or you risk your shop being reported. If your shop was reported, you can purchase a single license for the item that was reported, or a whole shop license that will cover any and all designs you may purchase and sell in the future.

What Sets our Black and White Designs from the Rest?

One thing that has always bothered me when it came to many of the designs from other shops on Etsy is how some black and white designs end up looking. When it comes to faces and certain designs, light and dark areas are important to help distinguish and present the design in the best light. Simply inverting the design colors from black to white and vice versa isn't the best option. We design specifically for black and white backgrounds so that the design looks the same whether you are placing on a dark or light background. Shadows stay shadows, and light areas remain light areas by utilizing the background it will be on.
