If you would like more than $100 of insurance please let us know at the time of purchase. Note that when submitting an insurance claim **You MUST have photos of the item and the box/packaging and you must retain the box/packaging to take to the post office if proof of damage is required. All orders will be processed in our standard 3-5 business days. If you need it SOONER you can purchase the Rush Order Fee listing in our shop, and these items will be processed in 2 business days. *Rush Production will not be available at all seasons, if the listing is unavailable then we are not offering Rush Production at the moment. **Some items that our partner helps fulfill for our customers cannot be rushed due to standard turnaround times. To see if item qualifies for Rush Production, please see the description for each item you're purchasing.

If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount. No adjustments will be made on any sale - the price paid at checkout is the price for the purchased product.

What are the care instructions for this item?

All items have care instructions in photos or descriptions or are included in the package. For clothing items, please wash items inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not dry clean, and do not iron directly on the design. What are the sizing details? ✔ What if it doesn't fit after I try it on? A detailed size chart is available in all listings. It is the buyer's responsibility to select the correct size. ✔ Accuracy of Colors and designs on products? We do our best to make sure our photos represent colors, designs, placement of the design and its sizing as closely as possible but due to the different monitor screen settings, nature of the mockups and handmade process of the items, there may be slight differences and imperfections.

cataleyadesignsco1@gmail.com

If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment. Customer will be contacted once the item is received back with a link to pay the USPS shipping fee. ✔ Do you send photos before you ship items? Due to the high volume of orders that we create and ship every day we are unable to send photos or create mock-ups before production and shipment. We sometimes share sneak peeks of customer items on our Instagram @sweet.tomorrow.co

The only issue was the strength of the candle scent. But that can be chalked up to personal preference. Another option might be an apple scented candle. And maybe ones with subtler scents for those with sensitive sniffers. 🙂. Otherwise this will be a much-cherished gift.
