I bake and decorate wedding fruit rum cakes for many brides for over 30 years. I have always gotten rave reviews that my cakes are tasty, moist and delicious.
Years ago I put the very first fruit cake on Etsy for sale.

You will be buying fruit cakes in the 9 inch aluminum containers. I do cakes by size and not by pound. They generally weigh about 2 pounds when baked.
I also make custom cakes in tins ranging from 8 inches to 16 inches. Please send a message if you'd like a custom cake made.
My fruit cakes are baked from scratch with real eggs, butter, flour, assorted fruits, sugar, Jamaican White Rum, almond essence, vanilla and other spices. ..
Cakes are baked in batches for the holiday season and should ship within 2 business days of ordering.
