ABOUT MY ME AND WHY MY PATCHES EXCEED EXPECTATIONS.
I strive to offer you the most accurate patches available. I have been a professional photographer and graphic designer for over 40 years. All my patches are recreated from my original source reference artwork that exists from my extensive archived collection of original OEM parts, manuals, patches, and literature. I pride myself on recreating logos and font lettering to their original, and exact design specifications. Color matching is an important feature of my work. My source samples are scanned or photographed in a professional color-balanced photography studio and all colors are digitally sampled to ensure that the colors are spot on. I don't use source material from the internet. The majority of online photos are incorrect representations of the originals. Online errors occur as a result of camera lens distortion and incorrect color calibration due to poor lighting. All my original source material is measured by using a precision digital millimeter caliper gauge to ensure that the proportions are exact.

WHO ARE MY CUSTOMERS?
A large number of my customers are particular about 100%, period-correct accuracy. My clients include the movie industry, participants in historical Rallies and race events like the Miglia Mille, and concourse car and motorcycle collectors.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING AN IRON:
• Always iron the patch on a firm, flat surface.
• Put the patch on the garment with the embroidery side face up.
• Pre-heat your iron to the "Cotton" setting. DO NOT USE STEAM.
• Cover the patch with a thin cotton cloth, no thicker than a thin tablecloth, to protect the embroidery. Press the iron firmly onto the patch and hold for 10-15 seconds. Make sure to apply steady pressure to the iron. DO NOT move the iron back and forth.
• Wait for the patch to thoroughly cool, allowing the glue backing to harden and set.
• If the fabric of the garment is thick, you may need to increase the ironing time.
• Suitable for polyester/cotton fabrics.
• DO NOT apply the patch to rayon, nylon, triacetate, or waterproof fabrics. This can melt or cause damage to your garment’s fabric.
• DO NOT place any garment, with an iron-on patch, in a dryer. Some dryers can get very hot and may actually melt the glue backing on the patch, causing it to come off, or curl up around the edges. I recommend that you hang your garment and allow it to air dry- naturally.

HELPFUL TIPS
I typically use a heat press to apply this patch to hats and garments.
I like to apply a thin coat of spray adhesive fabric tack glue first, mainly to affix the patch and prevent it from slipping out of the desired location. I use FAST TACK 87
If your patch doesn’t seem adequately glued, reapply the iron and protective cloth for another 10-15 seconds,
For heat press heat application, I have found that setting the temperature to 300 degrees and the timer to 3 minutes works best. Each hat press may vary. Always make sure to put a protective cloth over the patch to prevent burning the thread before pressing the patch to the hat.
All Iron-on patches can be sewn on if you desire.
