How long does production take?

Most of my items are made to order. Production usually takes 3–6 business days before shipping. ⚠️ Bloxy Cola and Witches Brew cans require about 1–2 weeks. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes or cancellations are only possible within 2 hours after purchase. After production starts, modifications or cancellations can no longer be made.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Since every product is made to order and personalized, returns or exchanges are not accepted, except in the rare case of defects or production errors. If there’s an issue, please contact me — I’ll make sure to find a solution.

What if I ordered the wrong size or product?

Please double-check your selection before ordering. Sizes and product details are clearly listed in each description and image gallery. If the wrong size was chosen, production may already be in progress and cannot be changed afterward.

Do you sell digital items?

These products are available instantly after payment and are non-refundable once downloaded. If you encounter any issues with your files, contact me and I’ll gladly assist you.

What happens if my package is returned to sender?

If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery, the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
