Items are securely and nicely packaged to prevent damage and sent with registered mail.
Tracking number for your package will be provided once the package is sent.

Expedited shipping: You can upgrade to express shipping service, which takes 3-8 business days at an additional cost (add your phone number in the order notes).
Shipping upgrades are available upon check out.

Please be aware that any applicable customs, taxes, and duties costs are the buyer responsibility.

Please make sure that the address you have listed on your Etsy order is correct - this is the target address.
Packages returned to us, due to a wrong address (or no claim) will be reshipped with additional shipping costs.

If you change your address before getting your shipping notice - please make sure to update us. If you change the address after shipping notice, please make sure someone at the old address will pick up the package.
We cannot be responsible for lost packages due to address change.

If shipping is done to your workspace, hotel or any other public location - Although we will do our best to assist, we cannot be responsible for any delay or lost packages.

- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and are deducted from your credit unless the product that you received is damaged or faulty.

- Unless item arrived damaged - the buyer is responsible for returning items in their original condition and for return shipping costs.

- We highly recommend returning the items with a carrier that provides tracking information. In the event of a returned package lost during the shipment, we will not be able to refund you.

- In case of neglect or refusal to accept a package: Shipping fees will not be refunded and will be charged again in case you want us to reship it to you.

- We will not refund or replace items that returned to us damaged, deteriorated, dirty, altered, or appear to have been used.

Don't worry, you may be able to pay with a card via PayPal *without* a PayPal account. Here’s how:

1) Click Check out with PayPal and you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card.
2) You'll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information.
3) Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.
4) Click Continue to return to Etsy. Your payment isn't sent until you click Submit order on Etsy.
