First, the jacket is stunning in person! Heavy but of good quality. Has a slight, barely noticeable defect in the front zipper area, other wise would be 5 stars. Was made with my custom measurements and fits well. Extra stones were provided for future repairs. Was late arriving and had to bug the seller for shipping date and tracking information despite already being in communication with them. Seller stopped responding once the jacket was late and made ne nervous. Overall, it is a beautiful and quality product.
