Non-customized items: Can be returned within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Buyer covers return shipping. Personalized/custom items: All sales are final. If something arrives broken, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of both the product and the packaging so we can help make it right. If there's a problem with your order: Send us a message through Etsy within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include photos of the item and the outer packaging so we can fix it quickly!
