CNC Tool and Bit Storage Tray - Digital files for CNC

This CNC tool and bit storage tray was designed by The Midnight Woodworker LLC using VCarve Pro, version "11.016". This file is NOT backwards compatible with earlier versions of Vectric so it will not work like it is supposed to with versions earlier than that listed above. This means you will just have to open the DXF or SVG files in your software and create your own toolpaths. I have included screenshots of all the settings used to create this file if this is the case. Upon payment you will be able to download a zip file with all file formats available for your specific needs. After downloading the zip file, open it up and extract the contents to a file location of your choosing. The files available are SVG, DXF, CRV, AI, PDF and EPS, so you can process and make the design in the software of your choice.

The CRV file was designed to use a variation of end mills as referred to below.
These toolpaths are already included with the download. These are just individual references for what size bits to use with each one.

1 - Pocket 1 - 1_4 inch bit.ngc (I used a 1/4 inch endmill), (this toolpath cuts out the bulk of the pockets)
2 - Pocket 2 - 1_8 inch bit.ngc (I used a 1/8 inch endmill), (this toolpath cuts out the detailed portions of the pockets)
3 - Profile 1 - 1_2 inch 90 deg v bit.ngc (I used a 1/2 inch diameter, 90 degree V bit, however, any size 90 degree V bit will do fine), (this toolpath engraves the boarder around the different sections and can be skipped if desired)
4 - Profile 2 - 1_4 inch bit.ngc (I used a 1/4 inch endmill), (this toolpath cuts out the final profile)

Design - The MDF blank used for this project should be AT LEAST 21 inches wide by 16.5 inches in height by 0.75 inches thick. The finished item is just over 19.5 inches wide by 15.25 inches tall and 3/4 inch thickness.
