We just want to remind you that Launil products are handmade, so production starts immediately after the order is placed. The production time takes up to 3-5 working days. If the ordered product is in stock, it will be shipped within 2 working days.

Once your order is shipped, please estimate that you will receive your order within 2-11 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the country of delivery.

LITHUANIA: 2-4 working days after order processing.
UK/EU: 5-10 working days after order processing.
USA/CANADA: 7-11 working days after order processing.
OTHER COUNTRIES: 10-20 working days after order processing.

Detailed product measurements can be found with each product.
We recommend that you review these measurements and compare them with your body measurements before purchasing. If you still have doubts about the choice, write to us, we will help you choose the right size.

Return/Exchange items have to be:

- Unworn, unwashed, undamaged,
- Labels not removed or damaged,
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, with the same set of accessories as received by the Buyer.
- Shipped within 30 days of receiving the item.

With the item being returned/exchanged, please provide a completed return or exchange form that will be included with the order, stating the order number, the item being returned/exchanged and the reason why you are returning or exchanging the item.

Our Reminder: All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. However, if you make an exchange, we will send you a new product for free!

Linen products are easy to care for, but for a garment to last a long time, care is essential, and you should follow the recommendations below.
Wash linen garments at a low temperature (40C/104F) in plenty of water, as linen products absorb moisture very well. We recommend using mild, liquid, environmentally friendly detergents during washing, as eco-friendly detergents help to preserve the fabric's properties and reduce water pollution. Use a gentle spin cycle (800 RPM) during washing to reduce friction and wear. Linen clothes can be dried in a tumble dryer at low temperatures. Use medium or high temperature with steam for ironing.

FOLLOW THE PRODUCT CARE INSTRUCTIONS THAT ARE SEWN INTO EACH PRODUCT.

Each Launil Pajama is wrapped in silk paper and shipped in our original white box. If the pajamas you ordered are a gift, then write to us and we will write the text that you would like us to write on the card. At the time of shipment, we pack Launil boxes in organic compostable bags. We do not use plastic in packaging.
