► 170 cm M/L (Standard) - optimal for heights up to approximately 175 cm. For children, teenagers, and adults of average build. For anyone who enjoys sleeping in the fetal position. Perfect for breastfeeding, sleeping, and as a travel pillow.

► 190 cm L/XL (OVERSIZE) - Suitable for taller people (e.g., over 180 cm) or those who require more support. For men and women who prefer to sleep on their sides. Full-body support, even for upright sleepers. The pillow is longer, but not excessively thicker in the middle section than the 170 cm version (approximately 5-7 cm more circumference). Thanks to the ties at the end, it can be used as basic protection against falling off the bed.
