Do you cut multiple yards and half yards as one continuous piece?

Yes. Any order that has more than 1/2 or a full yard of the same fabric, will be cut as one continuous piece of material.

How often do you ship orders?

Shipping is always by USPS within two business days after payment is received but normally will only take one business day to get your order ready. All paid orders are shipped Monday thru Friday except holidays. If a holiday falls during the week, the order will be shipped the next business day.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

I do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item received was not what you ordered and then I will be happy to fix my mistake. Please message me, if there is an issue with your order, prior to leaving a review. I can't fix it, if I don't know about it. I want my customers to be happy with their order but sometimes mistakes do happen. If I made an error with your order, I will take responsibility and if at all possible, correct it. And the fastest way for that to happen is if you message my shop.
