I acquired this piece of red and black polychrome pottery in the Tuba City area of Arizona (just east of the Grand Canyon) in the 1980's from a Hopi vendor selling his family's wares on the side of the road. It's been a treasured piece for a long time now. It's still in beautiful condition and awaiting a new home. The glaze depicts mountains and valleys along with feathers in typical geometric fashion. A stunning piece of Native Americana!
