If your ring is the wrong size, we are more than happy to complete an exchange in the right size for you, typically within 30 days.

How can I exchange a gift?

We get it - some pressies just don't hit the mark. If you've received a Merchants piece as a gift, either proceed using our returns portal and the order deets, or reach out via support@merchantsofthesun.com and we'll work something out for you. If you're purchasing for someone else, we are happy to offer an extended refund or exchange timeframe for all gift orders, as long as you notify us via email beforehand.

How can I prevent tarnishing?

Lifelong styles require lifelong care. That’s why we’ve sent you a complimentary polishing cloth, specifically designed for your pieces. Every so often, you’ll need to give your jewellery a good clean and buff to prevent tarnishing and dullness. It’s natural for 925 sterling silver and 18k gold vermeil to show signs of discolouration over time. Use your cloth and a little elbow grease to easily restore shine.
