Are all your prints digital?

Yes, most of our prints are digital only. However, we also provide physical prints for selected designs. Please go to our shop menu and look for the 'Physical Prints' section.

When I get the art, what is the best way to print it?

1. Print your digital print file using your own printer. 2. Send (or bring) your digital print files to Staples, Target, or any other similar store. 3. Upload and print at an online printing website (e.g. Snapfish.com, Shutterfly.com, mpix.com, bayphoto.com.) PLEASE NOTE: 1. For better quality and better-looking art print, use matte, satin, or heavier-weight paper. 2. Colors may vary slightly from screen to screen and printer. Consequently, your printed digital file may appear different than on your computer screen. 3. Our image files do not work well with standard inkjet printers. To achieve the best quality for your printed art, use a laser jet printer. The quality ultimately depends on the printer and paper used.

Do you do custom prints?

Yes, we do! In fact, we provide FREE SIZE or COLOR changes on ANY of our current designs. Please contact us on Etsy if this interests you.

I am not satisfied with my print. Can I ask for a refund?

Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds or cancellations for digital products. However, if we fell short in any way, do reach out to us directly so we can do our best to address the issue. Know that we are 100% committed in ensuring that your time with us is nothing short of a 5-star experience!
