This doll knitting pattern is suitable for CONFIDENT BEGINNERS. The pattern DOES NOT teach you how to knit. You need to be able to knit, purl, cast on and off, do simple increases and decreases and have experience reading knitting patterns

WITH THIS PATTERN YOU CAN MAKE
* Long-sleeve doll cardigan with four buttons and pockets
* Short-sleeve doll cardigan with one button and pockets

The cardigan is knitted from the top down, with the choice to knit it flat using two needles or knit it in the round using four needles

TO KNIT THIS DOLL CLOTHES PATTERN YOU WILL NEED
* One 1.75oz (50g) ball of 4 ply yarn (fingering weight in the US) - a yarn conversion table is included with terminology from across the world
* 3mm (US size 2 or 3) straight needles and 3mm (US size 2 or 3) double-pointed needles if you are knitting the sleeves in the round

Tension/gauge - 28 sts and 36 rows to a 4” (10cm) square in stocking stitch using 3mm (US size 2 or 3) needles
