Ikat fabrics are woven by hand on narrow looms in a labour-intensive process. The labour-intensive process involved in manual spinning calls for numerous skilled hands at work. By and large Uzbek ikats are 16 inches wide and they have beams or stripes ending every 225cm which is called pattern repeat. They do not go through any machining process when you touch ikat you can feel a little bit thicker, but not thin.

Colours: we use natural dyes for silk and cotton threads in order to get a sharpness for colour combination also use the best quality factory colours

Care: dry cleaning recommended. Washable at 30 C separate.
