As a full service graphic design shop, I can customize designs I already have or create new designs that align with my shop aesthetic. Please send requests through the "Message Shop Owner" button and I'll respond to you within 24 hours.

The majority of my items are mailed directly from the print providers I work with, and gift wrapping is not offered. However, depending on the manufacturer and the product, sometimes short messages can be inserted inside the mailing box. Add you message to your "gift order" and if it cannot be added in, I'll let you know.

Please message me with the product and quantity you are interested in purchasing at a wholesale price. The minimum for this discounted pricing is between 20 and 40, depending on the product. Please note that my shop profit margin is small, and no items will be priced with more than a 25% discount.

Orders are shipped directly from the manufacturing company. If your order contains more than one item, it is possible that they are being manufactured from different print providers, in which case you will receive more than one package. Do not worry if a package contains only part of your order. It is most likely being mailed from different sources. If this happens, message me to check on the details of your order, and I'll update you on further shipping estimates.

If there is something wrong with your order, please contact me before posting a negative review about the product quality. Print companies are typically able to re-print and ship you another product at no cost. You will be required to show photographic proof of the misprint. A picture taken with your phone is usually good enough. Please send me a message about the problem, along with the image, as soon as possible, as there are time limitations on reprint requests. The sooner the better.

As someone who has worked in the publishing industry, in various capacities, for 20+ years, I am sensitive to the issues of creative ownership. The quotes used in any of my designs are by authors who have been deceased for 100 years, and therefore their work is in the public domain. The fonts, elements, and vintage images I use to create my designs, are either in the public domain, open source, or have been purchased with a commercial license and are royalty free. You will not find my designs in other shops, as they are created by me.

My shop does not offer refunds. If your item arrives damaged, please message me and I'll request another be sent to you at no charge. You can exchange any item for any reason. You will be required to mail the product to me in Ontario, Canada. Do not mail products back to the manufacturer. Once received, I will send you the product you would like instead. Please pay attention to the sizing guidelines in each listing to avoid disappointment. I want everyone who purchases from my shop to have a good experience. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact me and I'll try my best to resolve your issue, and if I cannot then we'll come to a mutually acceptable resolution.
