Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery?

Due to the personalized nature of our gift sets, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or requests for alterations after delivery. We encourage you to communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. If an item arrives different from what is expected based on the listing description and photos, please contact us within 48 hours via Etsy messages so we can help resolve your concerns. We're unable to process returns/exchanges if a customer changes their mind on the gift set contents or design. We always do our best to accommodate your requests!

Do you send photos before you ship items?

Due to the high volume of orders we create and ship daily, we're unable to send photos or create mock-ups before production and shipment. However, we sometimes share sneak peeks of customer items on our Instagram @gliminis.lab

Do you offer rush production?

All orders are processed in our standard 3-5 business days. If you need it sooner, please message us before purchase, and we'll look into expedited options for you.

What if my package is delayed, lost in transit, or stolen?

Gliminis Lab is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen—all circumstances beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier, it's their responsibility to deliver the item. Please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft, you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

Can I customize the contents of a gift set?

We offer some customization options for our gift sets. Please check the individual listing for available customization options or message us with specific requests before placing your order.

What if my item is returned to the sender after it's shipped?

If a customer's order is returned to us for any reason, the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

If a sale starts after I place my order, will you refund the difference?

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. We do not retroactively apply discounts to previously placed orders.

The coaster is absolutely beautiful! I ordered a custom name placement, and this shop went out of their way to communicate with me every step of the way. They offered different font choices, colors, and placements, and even went as far as to test multiple versions of the item for me to pick from. Communication was prompt and consistent, and item itself is so gorgeous! I couldn't recommend this enough :]
