How Do I Pick the Right Size?

MEASURE YOUR DOG! There is no sizing standards in the dog apparel industry so it is essential to measure your dog according to our guides and reference our sizing charts and example-fit images (in the product photos). For collars - measure with a soft tape measure a the place on the dogs neck where the bottom edge of the collar will sit - taking into account the width of the collar you are ordering. For hoodies, the chest measure is the most important. Measure your dog, add an inch or 2 for comfort, and size up for floofy dogs. If you're not sure, please reach out and I can walk you through it.

Can I get an Exchange or Refund?

Nope! I won't take exchanges or give refunds for incorrect measurements, because you didn't read the description, or other issues outside of my control. I make every item at the time it is ordered, just for you, and I don't hold stock in house. Further, once you receive an item, it is considered used and I won't attempt to resell it to another customer. If you have any doubts about color, size, or anything else, you can reach out to us before hand or at the time of sale and we will do everything we can to get you the answers.

What Materials Do You Use?

I use only authentic biothane (beta standard). Hardware for adjustable collars for med-large dogs is available in stainless steel and brass-plated. Smaller collars utilize other metals. So if metal allergies are a concern (or just preference) please reach out. Hoodies: Cotton x polyester blend

Where is Everything Made?

I design everything in-house, here in BC Canada. All Biothane products are made and shipped by me from here (BC). Pullover Dog hoodies are printed and shipped from the USA.

We use only tubular rivets, a rivet style that is much stronger than the more common rivet style used in most comparable products. For all products made for medium to large dogs, each connection point is reinforced with double rivets, and all rings and d-rings are welded closed.

We have 2 sizes of chains. The smaller chains are a lighter gauge and fit 3/4" wide biothane while the larger chains are a heavier gauge and fit 1" wide biothane. Each size are the same chain length and extend and constrict by 4".

➤ Small chain: 2.5mm gauge with 3/4" d-rings. For small dogs or medium dogs who don't pull. NOT SUITABLE FOR LARGE DOGS.
➤ Large chain: 3mm gauge with 1" d-rings. For medium to large dogs
