This serving board is NOT made from ordinary black walnut wood, but from rare and exquisite black walnut wood with figured grain patterns.

Figured grain is a rare natural feature of black walnut that occurs when the cells grow in irregular or wavy patterns, creating amazing visual effects such as curl, crotch, and burl. These patterns give the black walnut wood a three-dimensional appearance and a rich texture that is pleasing to the eye and the touch.

Figured grain black walnut is usually more dense than straight-grained black walnut wood, which made it more durable.

Each serving board is handcrafted with care and attention to detail, using only the hand selected finest quality black walnut figured grain boards. The boards are hand sanded and polished, and finalized with 100% natural food grade finish.

There are 3 dimensions:
Small: 27 * 18 cm OR 10 1/2 * 7 inch
Midium: 29.5 * 20 cm OR 11 1/2 * 8 inch
Large: 31 * 21 cm OR 12 1/4 * 8 1/4 inch
They are all around 2cm or 3/4 inch thick.

The incense holder is very nice quality, I am very pleased with my purchase and would definitely buy from this seller again. The only complaint I would have is the lack of communication from the seller, not one word, not even a “Thank you “ from the seller! But maybe that’s his way. It doesn’t deter from the fact that it’s beautifully made!
