All products are ethically handcrafted with love in a small atelier in the city of Sibiu, Transylvania region, Romania.

Our team consists of two designers, one pattern cutter and 7 sewers. We work only with 100% hemp fabric and no blends. For our products, we use only high quality hemp fibres spun and woven locally by our partners that have more than 60+ years’ experience in hemp processing.

For a perfect fit, we kindly advise all our customers to double-check the Size Advisor available in each product page. Simultaneously, feel free to write us and we would be thrilled to assist you.

If the product is in stock, your parcel is usually shipped within 2 business days after the confirmation of your order, which means that orders received on Friday are shipped on the following Monday.

PLEASE NOTE that in order to dispatch the product we need a telephone number to attach it to the order.

The shipping time and cost vary by weight and destination. All orders should arrive within 1 – 7 business days upon shipment, depending on the custom protocol of the country the shipment is entering.

You should expect your delivery between 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Please note that delivery into extended areas may take a day or two longer.

All orders above $250 USD are eligible for free shipping.

However, the customer is responsible for any additional customs fees and taxes which may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number via the Etsy platform.

At De IONESCU, we offer Free Returns/ Exchanges within a 15 days period for all Standard Size products.

Hence, all returns must be received within 15 days of receipt of your delivery. The products must be returned in their original packaging, with all the tags still attached.

You can only make one free change request per order.

Furthermore, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping, (even if they benefited from a free shipping policy) alongside all the associated costs, worth of 5 EUR + 6 EUR for each inseam made for the pants.

The shipper must make all claims for packages lost or damaged in transit.

These items are not eligible for a return, an exchange, and therefore a refund:

(1) Shipped after the 15-days grace period
(2) Worn
(3) Washed
(4) Altered
(5) Damaged in any way
(6) Custom-made, meaning altered, tailored, adjusted or customized at the client’s request
(7) Trousers/ pants whose inseams are smaller than 30″ (76 cm)
(8) Discounted products and final sale items

Yes, of course you can, just that we wouldn't recommend it because it will be your most expensive joint and it will not even get you high. Mathematically speaking, you need to smoke 1 ha of hemp in under 15 minutes to get some form of euphoria. Therefore, just remember to always wear our hemp clothes with style!
