How long will it take to receive my order?

Most items are made-to-order through my production partner. Production typically takes 3-7 business days, plus shipping time. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships. For live plants and seeds, please see the specific timelines below.

Can I cancel or change my order?

For made-to-order items (pillows, table runners, garden flags, outdoor rugs, etc.), I cannot accommodate cancellations or changes. After the order is placed, it enters production and cannot be cancelled or modified. Please double-check your selections before completing your purchase! For live plants and seeds cancellations accepted if the order was not processed yet.

Do you offer rush shipping?

Because items are made-to-order, production time cannot be expedited. However, you can select faster shipping methods at checkout once production is complete.

Are the outdoor pillows really weatherproof?

Yes! Outdoor pillows, garden flags, and outdoor rugs are made with weather-resistant, fade-resistant materials designed for outdoor use. However, bringing them indoors during extreme weather or winter months will extend their life.

What's the difference between quilted and printed designs?

Great question! Some designs feature actual quilted stitching, while others are printed to look like quilts (faux-quilt prints). Each listing clearly states which type you're getting, so you know exactly what to expect.

What is your return policy?

Because items are made-to-order, I cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If there's an issue with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and I'll work with you to make it right. Live plants are not subject to return

What if I receive the wrong item or there's a defect?

Please contact me immediately with photos. I'll work with you to resolve the issue—whether that's a replacement, refund, or another solution.

Can I mix and match pillow patterns?

Absolutely! Many of my pillow designs are sold individually specifically so you can mix and match patterns, colors, and styles to create your perfect look.

Will the colors look exactly like the photos?

I strive for accurate photos, but screen settings can vary. Colors may appear slightly different in person. If you have specific color concerns, feel free to message me before ordering.

What happens if I'm not satisfied with the color when it arrives?

I understand that colors can look different in person than on screen! Because all items are made-to-order and enter production immediately, I'm unable to accept returns based on color preference alone.
