Custom and personalised orders

Please contact me in regards to custom orders. I reserve a few time slots each week for custom orders to be made. These fill up very quickly so please do allow as much time as possible.

Faster delivery time.

If you need an item sooner please contact me BEFORE ORDERING and do not just assume that I will be able to fit you in earlier. If an order comes though with a request for an earlier dispatch date I am unable to guarantee that I will be able to fulfil this requirement and may result in your order not getting to you in time or being cancelled. I make items in the order in which they come through to me. Please just send me a message to ask. I will always try to fit a last minute order in where ever possible.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Handmade from FONDANT ICING, FOOD COLORING and EDIBLE GLUE.

Set consists of 1 pair of boxing gloves, measuring approx 10cm in length and 1 2D kickboxer silhouette, measuring approx 8cm tall. I am happy to change the colour of the gloves on request.
The kickboxer will contain a cocktail stick to enable it to stand in your cake - this should be removed before consuming.

Please allow 8-10 days after payment has cleared for your order to get to you.

All toppers are made fresh to order using high quality sugarpaste and require up to 7 days to dry before posting.

All items are posted First Class unless Special delivery is selected during the ordering process.

I guarantee postage dates but cannot guarantee delivery times unless next day delivery is chosen - this is down to Royal Mail

First class post is estimated 1-2 working days delivery.

Special delivery is guaranteed next working day before 1pm (please note that Saturday is not classed as a working day with special delivery)

If items are needed sooner please send me a message and I will help if at all possible

I do not make any profit from postage. The cost covers genuine postage prices plus a very small amount (between 5p-10p) for box and packaging materials.

To ensure your topper arrives in perfect condition it will be wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap and sent in a sturdy food-safe box. On delivery, carefully unwrap your items and simply place on top of your cake or cupcakes. If you are not using your toppers straight away they should be stored in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight (once unwrapped, the box they arrive in will do just fine) - DO NO STORE IN THE FRIDGE OR FREEZER.

All of my toppers are made in a clean hygienic environment, which is both smoke and pet free. I am registered with my local council, have had my kitchen inspected by an environmental health officer. and hold an up-to-date food hygiene certificate.

Items may contain traces of nuts. Please contact me in regards to any other allergens

Please consume your toppers with in 6 months of purchase.

All of my items are packed very carefully however on the rare occasion they may get damaged in transit.

If this happens please contact me in the first instance before leaving negative feedback as most problems can be rectified.

The cake topper arrived before time estimated, it was well packaged, arrived in good condition & was well above my expectations. I did not need to use customer services as there was nothing wrong with the item.
