All of our beautiful adornments & veils are made to order, each with their own specific production time. We don't carry stock, as we prefer to make each piece for their recipient on a per order basis so know that when we are making your order, it is specifically for you!

Yes! We do. Most of our items can be made rush. If you have a tight timeline, please contact us first to see if we can accomodate your request and we will get back to you right away with what is possible within the time frame and which shipping service we recommend to ensure that the order will get to you in time!

CANADA - Standard Canadian shipments are sent via Chit Chats Express/Canada Post with tracking and partial insured. This service takes 2-8 business days depending distance to Toronto.
We also offer Xpress Post at an upgraded cost (available at checkout) and next day Purolator by request. All Canadian shipments are sent out of Brampton Ontario.

USA - Standard shipping is USPS Ground Advantage with tracking and partial insurance. This service takes 3-6 business days on average.
We also offer Priority mail (2-3 business days on average and is available at checkout) and 1-2 day DHL Express available at checkout)
All USA shipments are sent out of Niagara Falls NY

All high value packages ($500+) are shipped with a signature required.

We ship all of our packages either via PostNL or APC Logistics These packages are trackable and partially insured. Shipping takes approximately 7-30 business days. All Postal Service Packages are sent out of the USA (NY State). PostNL shipments will have a Netherlands address, this is our freight forwarder for PostNL/Stallion Express.

We also offer 3-5 day DHL shipments world wide. Please contact us for rates. All DHL packages are sent out of Brampton Canada

Please note that Duties & Taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Make sure you are aware of your countries import laws & VAT rates. We are NOT responsible for these rates. If you have not paid VAT at time of purchase you will be responsible to pay VAT upon arrival

We do accept returns on some items. As all of our items are made to order we can not accept returns on all items.

Please review our Returns & Cancellation policy before purchasing. Each item will indicate whether they are eligible for a return or an exchange.

Please note that earrings are considered Final Sale - No exceptions.
Veils are also considered Final Sale.

ALL return shipping costs are the responsiblity of the customer. Returns must be shipped back with tracking. Any lost return packages will not be eligible for a return without tracking.

All accepted returns will incur a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from the original purchase price. Original shipping costs are not refundable nor are rush fees.

All of our items are created to last generations, they should be delicately cared for when received to be cherished and passed down.

Each order will come with a Veil and Adornment care card. This card will outline how to care for and store your items so they can last for a lifetime.

Please note that we do work with plated, filled and raw metals. Oxidization is natural and will occur overtime. To slowdown this natural process, keep items stored in an airtight container wrapped in tissue or an sealed ziplock bag. For Sterling Silver & silver plated Items we will ship a ziplock bag, tarnish cloth & a anti tarnish tab along with specific care instructions to keep your jewelry and adornments looking their best for years to come!
