Hi again Kristen!!! I am OBSESSED with this gorgeous, high quality, supple leather bag!!!!! The colors are soooooo beautifully put together, along with your beautiful custom, soft, leather tassel!!!!! You really know how to make a high quality, fashion forward bag!!! This bag is very unique, as are the other 2 similar style bags that I purchased from you!!!! I switch them out and wear one of them everyday!!!!! As usual, Kristen is the best to work with and she’s done it again by even helping me customizing tassles to match my bag!!!! She is very talented at her craft and these/this bag is made with the most SUPPLE leather and is very contemporary and stylish!! I wear it everyday and get multiple compliments!!! Her tassles are beautiful too and really elevate the bag!! Kristen, once again, thank you for your AMAZING customer service and I am excited about getting more of your bags that I have purchased!!!! The picture in the Etsy shop is not accurate. While the size and shape are the same, all three colors are different than what was shown. Instead of a canary yellow stripe, there was a dull brown, which was the same fabric used in the bottom half of the bag (so not exciting pop of color which was a selling point for me) The rich maroon? A sad brown with a faint hint of red. I wasn’t alone in thinking this either I showed the Etsy listing and the bag I got to several people. All agreed the colors weren’t even close

the customer messaged me about her issues and I offered her a full refund. she refused. the bag is listed as Burgundy and Camel. there is no canary yellow stripe (nor is it listed as such) but a tan suede trim on the zipper. I will always work with an unhappy customer to try and remedy issues. take care.
