Can I track my order through USPS?

Orders are not trackable through USPS unless you upgrade shipping at checkout to USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail or if you purchase a listing that includes the upgrade. Etsy provides tracking through Pitney Bowes, but many times this tracking will not update and is not reliable. If you need to track your order, you will need to purchase a shipping upgrade.

Are estimated delivery dates guaranteed?

I cannot guarantee estimated delivery dates as once I hand deliver orders to USPS; it will be delivered on their schedule. Sometimes they are quick and sometimes they are slow. Although I can't guarantee your order will be delivered by Etsy's estimated delivery date, I can guarantee that you will receive your order by sending out a replacement if you order gets lost along the way. We consider an order to be lost if it isn't delivered to you within 14 days from date mailed.

Do you offer shipping upgrades?

Yes! If you need your order to have reliable tracking, there are shipping upgrades available at checkout. You can choose USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail. Some customers report not seeing the upgrade options on the app. If you do not see them, please log into your Etsy account via Etsy.com and the drop-down options to upgrade shipping should be available. All orders over $250 will be upgraded to USPS Priority Mail and will require signature confirmation. **Please keep in mind that USPS will not guarantee that an item will arrive within the estimated timeframe they provide when you order, and we are also unable to guarantee your item will arrive by a certain date.

Does free shipping include APO/FPO/military addresses or shipping to Puerto Rico?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide free shipping option to APO/FPO/military addresses or Puerto Rico, as there is not an option to do so on Etsy. If you need to ship to APO/FPO/military address or Puerto Rico, please select a shipping upgrade at checkout. If no upgrade is selected, we will unfortunately have to cancel the order.

It may show as "pre-transit" even after it has been delivered, or "delivered," even if you haven't received it yet. Please do not rely on this tracking. USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail shipping upgrades are available at checkout if you would like to track your order via USPS.
★ orders of 5 or more cards will be automatically upgraded to be shipped out via USPS Ground Advantage.
★ orders over $250 will be automatically upgraded to USPS Priority Mail and will require signature delivery confirmation.
★ delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates, and some orders can take 10 or more days from date shipped to deliver depending on USPS delivery times and possible delays due to weather, holidays, etc.
