Materials used to make a wreath are considered durable to the outdoor elements. However, we recommend you hang your wreath on a door that is covered by an overhang or porch. Unfortunately, your wreath will fade with time. You will get several seasons out of a wreath if it is not directly in the elements and stored properly. Your wreath should be stored in a cardboard box or wreath bag in a climate controlled room. Extreme heat will cause decorations to crack or peel and foam to melt. Extreme heat will also cause florals and attachments to loosen and possibly fall off.

If your order gets lost or damaged in shipment, a claim will be filed with UPS (or other shipping service) as all packages are insured. If your item is damaged, you MUST keep the box and take photos of it to send to the Etsy seller in order for a claim to be approved. Once the claim is approved and funds are available, payment will be refunded.
