You will be able to see all the thread colors and fabrics in the letters and numbers presented to you (photo 2/3/4/5). You will be able to see the fabrics better in photos 6/7/8.
Depending on the size you choose, you can see the pattern of the fabric more or less well and the satin stitch appears thicker on the letters in small sizes. We can clearly see this difference in photo 9.
If you take the 2 inches size for example, choose a fabric that has small patterns, it will be seen better.
It's very easy to use but a few tips nonetheless:
- the iron-on iron-on version is good for items that will always be flat. For example, in the center of a sweater, a t-shirt, on a cushion, a bag. If you place them in a place that will be folded or rubbed all the time, such as a back pocket or on the knees of pants, the letter may come off. For this type of use, choose the sewing version or if you prefer to stick with an iron, make a few stitches in particular at the corners of the letters.
Generally speaking, if you want your letters to be permanently and securely attached, it is always better to sew them with a few stitches in addition to iron-on.
