everything, price, customer service, quality and shipping. 1 thing stands out for me, I really didn't like was the snowman beanie was not centered even after we had texted about the same thing, I insisted on having a centered beanie. Its ok, but the price should have lowered for that one.

Unfortunately - I did not have a good experience with this seller. I ordered the grinch embroidered hat. Per photos listed by the seller, embroidery showed middle placement. When I received my order, embroidery placement was to the side. No where in their description did it state that embroidery placement would be anything else from what their photos showed. When I pointed this out to the seller, she took a few days and multiple messages to get back to me. Her response was to return the item for a refund. When I asked if I am responsible return shipping fees, she replied that it was her policy for buyer to be responsible for return fees. I explained why should return fees be at my expense, I got no reply. So I had to open a case - fortunately, it was in my favor and Etsy agreed. This was a very unfortunate experience! 0 stars!

Embroidery placement can vary slightly, and I’ll make that even clearer on future listings.
