When you place an order without full personalisation details, like colours, fonts etc..., we will select these details for you.

Once we receive your message, we will check to see if the wrong items were shipped to you by accident or if anything was misprinted due to an error on our end. If the mistake was our fault we will provide a solution at no expense on the customers’ end.

If the mistake was made on the customer’s behalf, we can still provide them with reprints or re-shipments. However; the customer must pay all extra charges including shipping. Thank you for understanding.

✓ Plain Orders : We accept returns of plain orders within 30 days after reception of your order but only if the products are NOT used and in original package. Return costs at expenses of the buyer.

✓ Customised or personalised orders : We can never accept returns of personalised or customised items. This includes anything that we print, embroider, bespoke or any other kind of personalisation.

✓ Mistake by Us : Contact our customer service and ofcourse all mistakes made by print & embroidery service will be solved on our expenses.

✓ Delayed Delivery : Delivery times are indicative and can never be used to refuse your order.

Our orders are dispatched in 1 - 5 working days.

We offer worldwide different ways of shipments, standard & express shipments. Only with express shipments delivery dates can be guaranteed.

Orders placed with express shipments are dispatched with priority ( be sure we have received all personalisation information )

You can also pick up your order in our factory shop in Greenock (UK) or Kiev ( Ukraine )
