Please make sure that your ring size is In US size. If it’s a adjustable ring, you can also leave me a note with your ring size and I can pre-adjust it for you. If you are not happy with the rings due to wrong ring size, please contact me, my customer service will surprise you.

What If I Don’t Like The Pearl You Pick For Me?

Don’t worry! After receiving an order that needs large baroque (earrings, pendant for example) or Keshi pearls (more randomly shaped), I will message you to make sure you are happy with my handpicked pearls before making it. Also, don’t forget I have a very good return & refund policy!

I provide custom design service! I have almost all kinds of freshwater pearls that you can think of. Even I don’t, I can search it for you. Please aware that custom orders will be charged 2-3 times more expensive than the market price depends on the difficulties and time consuming aspects.
