For longer, lasting enjoyment of your fashion jewelry, avoid direct contact with chlorine bleach, hydrogen peroxide, vinegar, ammonia, hairspray, perfume, and cosmetics, as these substances will damage your jewelry. Always wipe with a soft cloth after use to dry them and store jewelry in a sealed plastic bag to avoid exposure to the simplest things like the moisture in the air. This will prevent your jewelry from tarnishing and will last you a long time. Pls note that for jewelries with pearls you need to store them away from other objects or jewelry that may scratch their surfaces. Wrap the pearls in linen, soft cloth, or use the velvet jewelry pouch provided to keep your jewels protected.

I accept custom made or personalized orders. I do not normally repeat my jewelry designs except for the signature series collections due to material availability but if you like something from the purchased items just convo me. If I still have the same materials I will do everything that I can to custom make for you. If I need to source the materials, delivery may take a little longer, 2 weeks or more from acceptance of custom order.

Items are shipped from Pennsylvania, USA through USPS, package should arrive within 3 to 4 days if within US unless there is delay due to holiday or snowstorm or pandemic. For other countries outside USA, it usually takes 12~30 days to arrive - factors such as customs, carrier routing, package traffic, and other unforeseen factors affect arrival time. If you didn’t receive your package after 14 days please contact me to assist you with tracking your package.

Accidents do happen especially for long necklaces as it can easily get entangled or caught on something and the chain breaks. Or, your pearl fell from the finding for whatever reason. Please ship back to me so I can repair for free! I will ship it back to you with no added shipping cost! I stand by the quality of my fashion jewelry creations. For jewelry care instructions, pls read FAQ number one.

Delays that are beyond seller’s control are the following:
1. Incorrect address in Etsy (we ship to the address on your account)
2. Customs delays. Buyers are responsible for any and all duty and tax if applicable
3. Mother Nature (weather can cause delays)
4. Holidays
5. COVID-19

Returns and exchange details: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Your payment will be refunded AFTER the package was returned to us. We will refund you the amount minus the shipping.
