Will this work on my embroidery machine (Brother / Janome / Bernina)?

Yes! All designs are machine-ready and provided in multiple formats, including PES, DST, JEF, and EXP, which work with most major embroidery machines such as Brother, Janome, Bernina, Babylock, Singer, and more. If you’re unsure whether a design will work with your specific machine, feel free to message me before purchasing — I’m always happy to help.

Will refunds ever be considered?

stay on top of all duplicate purchases and will always contact a buyer if there is a discrepancy in their order. Duplicate purchases will always have the extra orders returned immediately! If a file is corrupted, and I'm unable to solve the issue via messages (such as sending fresh download links), then I will of course offer a refund. This has never happened however!

I’m new to digital downloads — how does it work?

No worries at all! Once your purchase is complete, Etsy will provide instant access to your download files. You can also access them anytime from your Etsy account under Purchases & Reviews. Yes — absolutely! If you’re looking for a custom design or modification, send me a message with the details. Most custom requests are completed within 1–2 business days, depending on complexity.

Can I sell items made with these designs?

Yes — you may sell finished physical products made using my embroidery designs. ✔ Selling stitched items (shirts, bags, hats, home décor, gifts, etc.) is allowed ✘ Reselling, sharing, copying, or redistributing the digital design files themselves is not permitted If you have questions about commercial use, just send me a message.

Can I resize the embroidery design?

Yes, minor resizing is allowed. You may slightly increase or decrease the size of the design (generally within 5–10%) using your embroidery software without affecting stitch quality. Large resizing may cause stitch issues, so I recommend keeping adjustments minimal. If you need a specific size, feel free to message me — I’m happy to help when possible.

Are the designs beginner friendly?

Yes 😊 All designs are digitized in Wilcom and test stitched on real embroidery machines to ensure clean stitching and smooth results. Many customers who are new to machine embroidery successfully use my files. If you’re just getting started and need guidance, don’t hesitate to reach out — everyone was a beginner once!
