Items are sometimes shipped with recycled and previously used boxes and packaging materials as often as possible to limit environmental impact. Boxes are often cut down to size. The packaging isn't pretty, but the items arrive safe and sound.

We are doing our best to keep green and cut down on waste.

We are not responsible for delays due to Canada post / USPS and or customs delays as we have no control over it.

No refunds will be given for delayed orders by the postal system.

We will help with all we can to contact and track down orders if possible.

After 30 days ( for USA and CANADA) we will refund missing orders.
After 5 weeks ( for anywhere else) we will refund missing orders.

Returns must be done within 7 days of receiving order. Please let us know if you are returning an order BEFORE mailing it out.

Returns must be in the same condition. Returned orders may be subject to a 25% labor fee as most of our items are made to order.

Hat, scarfs, and headbands are hand wash and lay flat to dry.

Dish cloths, dish scrubbies, and face scrubbies are washer and dryer safe.

Coasters are washer and dryer safe unless otherwise stated in the listing.

Coupon codes must be used during checkout in order to receive the coupon use. We will not add it on after the sale is completed. Please contact prior to order finalized if there is any questions.

Sale prices will only be honoured for orders during the sale timeframe. Any orders before or after the sale the price is as listed.
