Jewelry must be returned unworn and in the original condition it was received. Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender (at the sender's expense). Shipping Issue Policy

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before fulfillment begins at no charge. If an order is cancelled after a shipping label has been generated but before the package has shipped, a $15 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund. This fee covers non-recoverable costs such as order processing, packaging, and shipping label creation. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled and will be handled according to our return policy (if applicable). Orders Not Received / Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived, please contact us within the time frames below so we can assist you promptly. Domestic orders: Claims must be made within 30 days of the shipment date. International orders: Claims must be made within 90 days of the shipment date, as international deliveries may be delayed due to customs or local postal services. All orders are shipped with tracking. Customers are encouraged to check tracking updates, mailboxes, neighbors, and local post offices or customs offices before contacting us. Refunds or replacements are issued only if the package is confirmed lost by the carrier or Etsy. Claims submitted after the time frames listed above may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Return Packaging Policy

Items must be returned in their original condition and include all original product packaging provided with the order, such as velvet pouches, acrylic display boxes, gift boxes, or other presentation packaging. This does not relate to the outer shipping mailer or box used for delivery. If an item is returned without its original product packaging, a $1.95 packaging replacement charge will be deducted from the refund amount, in addition to any applicable return shipping costs. Returns that arrive damaged, altered, worn, or missing components may be subject to additional deductions or may not qualify for a refund, in accordance with policy.
