We are not responsible if you specify incorrect text for engraving and inform after the text has been engraved or the wedding date has been changed. Laser engraving on accessories cannot be changed after application. If the customer specified the text for engraving with an error, the order is non-refundable.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Each order will be securely packed and tracked during delivery! We pack every order very carefully so that it reaches you intact and safe. We pack things in boxes specially designed for them. Then they are placed in a large box with filler, so as not to damage. Be sure to check the contents of the parcel immediately upon receipt, as in the event of damage to the goods without the presence of a postal worker, the recipient is responsible for the content and integrity! If you receive a parcel without the presence of a postal worker and find damage - contact the post office immediately Just open the parcel in time!
