Once your order is in the hands of the USPS, there is not much we can do about a lost order. Shipping delays do occur, especially around the holiday season. I got the Ginger Milk Tea rollerball. The item was a day or two late (could have been USPS’s fault) but no more than that. It was well packaged and undamaged. The Ginger Milk Tea scent is closer to a sweet, but not milky, basmati rice. It’s nice, but I don’t detect ginger or milk and only a hint of tea. It’s sweet basmati rice.
