Are your designs for commercial use?

You are welcome to use my designs commercially. It is not allowed to copy, resell or distribute my designs as digital files without changing them or adding other elements. Credit to MyMoonChildDesigns is always welcomed, but not required.

Where can I find my designs?

You can access your downloads as soon as payment is confirmed. There is a download link in purchases and reviews under your profile tab on Etsy.com (NOT the app), as well as in your receipt email from Etsy. Please contact me if you've placed an order and don't see your files in either place.

Why are your designs in ZIP folders or in Google Drive?

Due to Etsy's file size limits, I have to put some of my files inside compressed (zipped) folders before uploading to my shop. Some tablets/phones are not compatible with zipped folders. In case of many or very large files, you will get a PDF with a link to a Google Drive folder where the files are located. Please contact me if you are having trouble extracting the files.

Can I get your designs in a certain file format?

Please message me before purchasing if you need a different file format than shown in the listing!

Do you offer a bulk discount?

Due to the low price of my designs, I do not offer any bulk discounts, but there will be sales in my shop from time to time and I also offer art bundles.

The PDF file cannot be downloaded with the smartphone app, only on the computer or laptop.
