This shop owner sent me the wrong item and refuses to accept it back. Take notice that many of her items are “half off”. It’s because she’s drawing clueless buyers in with it and pulling a bait and switch with the item. She has told me that I’m the one trying to scam her, when in fact the picture of what she was selling doesn’t match the item she sent me at all. She has threatened that she’s telling Etsy that I’m trying to scan her! They are literally two different items, but similar enough that someone may be willing to overlook it. Do not buy anything from this dishonest person. She obviously doesn’t believe in Karma.

Item amount was refunded due to unexpected event on sellers part. seller provided transparency when I reached out regarding status of item. Seller offered me the option to wait for shipment of item until unknown/convenient time was appropriate, or receive payment in full immediately if I desired. I took refund (so transaction would not be tied up in limbo). Seller was very approachable, and forthcoming of information. Great customer service provided. When the shop reopens, I would love to buy items from the shop. This was a review that was left in regards to customer service experience recieved not on item received. Thank you.
