What if I need to cancel my order?

Unfortunately, cancellations cannot be accepted. As soon as you make your purchase your order is sent directly to our production partners and they begin producing them as soon as possible. However, feel free to reach out to us as it might be possible to cancel or make adjustments only if it hasn't gotten too far into the process.

How do refunds and returns work?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds. However, in the rare case that there are manufacturing errors, items arrive with holes, or the order arrives with clear, demonstrable damage, please reach out to us with photo evidence of the item’s condition and we will send out a replacement of that product.

What if I changed my mind and want to cancel my order?

If an order arrives with manufacturing errors, in the wrong size, or has other obvious errors, we’ll happily work with you to find a solution.
