This cyanotype print is the result of an ancient photographic process which consists of coating a fabric with an emulsion sensitive to ultraviolet rays. By placing a negative on the paper and exposing it to the sun, we obtain an image in shades of blue, called Prussian blue.
It is an artisanal process which makes each print unique, the brushstrokes being inspired by the artist at the time the print is made.
