Standard Shipping Options

Standard shipping on all orders is UNTRACKED - orders to the US are shipped with ChitChats/USPS, orders to Canada are shipped with Canada Post, and international shipping is currently unavailable. All delivery ranges are estimates, not guarantees. Upgrades to TRACKED shipping are available at checkout. If you require expedited shipping or any other shipping option, please message me directly here on Etsy and I will do my best to assist you! :)

What does "Partial Tracking" mean?

Orders to the US that selected "Standard Shipping" (which is technically untracked) may see a tracking number on your order that says "Partial Tracking" or "Partially Tracked" - this means that it WILL confirm when your package is successfully received by USPS after crossing the border from Canada to the US, but it will NOT confirm when USPS actually delivers the package. The delivery range shown on this tracking page is based on the day that the package is received by USPS. For example, if it says "estimated delivery 2-6 business days", this means 2-6 business days after confirmation of successful hand-off to USPS.

Can I put your stickers on X?

Stickers adhere best to clean, smooth, flat surfaces. All die-cut stickers in my shop are technically waterproof, because they're made of vinyl and laminated for additional protection, but if you choose to put it on a waterbottle, avoiding hot water/the dishwasher and instead gently hand-washing will make the sticker last much longer. They are not intended for outdoor use (such as on your car). Sticker sheets are water resistant (but not waterproof!) because they're intended primarily for journals, planners, etc.
